Workshops:
The Pilates Challenge: June 3rd- July 26th
This program includes 24 instructed, small group sessions. These six individuals will meet 3x/ week for 8 weeks. Sessions will vary using apparatus, mats, balls, rings, weights, and foam rollers.
Congratulations are in order for the Pilates Challenge Crew that just completed 3 months of doing Pilates 3 times a week. The results are in and these 16 strong woman are looking good!! Overall they have lost more than 31 inches!!! The Pilates Challenge was so popular we are going to do it again in June.
