Laura E. Fritz, OTR is an Occupational Therapist by profession and has been in private practice since 1999. For the past 19 years she has specialized in the practice of CranioSacral Therapy, Myofacial Release, and Zero Balancing.  She has attended numerous seminars and training classes in these techniques and firmly believes in the body’s own natural self-correction mechanism. Often symptoms such as headaches, back or muscle pain, trauma or
syndromes are warning lights that one is out of balance in his or her internal environment.  Through gentle hands on body work, Laura enables her clients to tap into their own self-healing systems to make profound and life-long changes. Her goal is to assist her clients in restoring balanced, pain-free and active lives.
